To initiate a return, please email support at [email protected] with your proof of purchase (receipt) within the 30-day window. Once your return has been approved by our support team, we will provide you with the shipping information to send the item back to us. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
